At VB Distillery we believe that great spirits begin with heritage, craft and character. Founded by master distiller Vilnis Baiks, our small-batch gin and vodka are made with a nod to tradition and an eye to innovation.
Our Story
Vilnis discovered his passion for distilling while helping his grandmother create their traditional Latvian moonshine, “schmakovka”. Drawing on those original family recipes, he has refined his craft and now brings you small-batch spirits made with care, honesty and flavour.
What started as a humble tradition has become VB Distillery, rooted in heritage yet boldly experimental.
What We Do

We hand-craft our gin and vodka in small batches, so each bottle carries the attention and personality of the distiller’s touch.

Our gin: A distinctive London Dry style with select botanicals and crisp juniper notes, full of heart and soul.

Our vodka: Triple-distilled, with Latvian tradition behind it; smooth, warming and reassuringly clean.

We also produce infused and flavoured vodkas, from birch chaga to oak-infused and beyond, each one a unique expression.
